Located just 150 steps to the sand and the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk on a tree lined residential walk street area of Venice. Walk or bike to everything. Lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes, fitness centers and our very own Local
Farmers Market. This is Venice Beach living at its best.
Whichever way you decide to go... North, South, East or West,
within five minutes you will find yourself wandering the streets or
beaches of Santa Monica, Marina del Rey or the Romantic Venice Canals. If you enjoy fishing, walk over to the Venice Pier where
you can meet some of the Locals hanging
In the mood for shopping? The Hip and Chic Abbot Kinney Boulevard is just a few minutes away where you can find rare
vintage and designer pieces by local artist at reasonable prices.

We are centrally located to all that the Best of Los Angeles has
to offer. Just 20-30 minutes to the mecca shopping center of Beverly Hills, Hollywood's walk of fame and the happening Downtown L.A.,
45-60 minutes to Enchanted Disneyland, Universal Studios and Magic Mountain and we are conveniently only fifteen minutes to LAX.
