- If you cancel 30 Days or more before arrival date, Deposit will be returned 100% minus the 3% or $12.00 Processing Fee.

- No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

We stayed at Casa De Tina from June 14th through June 24th.
We had the best time! Didn't want to leave, and definitely want to come back as soon as we can! There were 8 of us that stayed- me, my boyfriend Eric, my parents, Eric's mom and grandma, my daughter who is 16, and son who is 14. Casa De Tina is perfect for any age group. It really is steps from the beautiful beach, and plenty to do to satisfy all of us. The Casa has all the amenities you could ever need from a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels and umbrella, all the way to shampoo, body wash, lotion,etc... and even a nail kit! You really only need to bring yourself, and clothes and be ready to have a fantastic time!

If you want to be steps from the beach, this is a great choice. The condo was sparkling clean
and everything we need was there. The kitchen was well equipped. Although will need to buy some basic spices if you are going to be cooking. There was only salt and pepper.
There are plenty of places to rent bikes and more, which is great. You really don't need
to bring anything except your clothing. They even provided plenty of towels, washrags and
the shower had an automatic shampoo and conditioner dispenser.
They have high speed wireless internet and a big screen TV with
cable already hooked up and ready to go.
You are also only about 2 miles from the Santa Monica pier with lots of games,
carnival rides, like a Ferris wheel and roller coaster, a restaurant at the end of the pier,
and at least when I was there some great street musicians.
The courtyard was very charming and a great place to just hangout during you down time.
The neighborhood hood is a little dicey, but it all adds to the bohemian
lifestyle of Venice Beach. Lots of street artist and performers.
I gave it a 4 star rating because the condo was exceptionally clean with everything
we need to feel at home, your steps from the beach and you have your own parking space
(big deal down at the beach). These are nice clean, comfortable accommodations.
The neighborhood and the quality of building keeps it from a 5 star rating.
Also the owner was very responsive to all my text messages and email.
